And now for something completely different:
Since Nintendo has already created the cute Baby Peach, I figured there should also be a toddler version of Daisy, who's better anyway. So I grabbed a pencil and started drawing the princesses in their early years.
The colouring was a challenge, but in the end I think I've managed to imitate the Mario & Luigi / Yoshi's Island 2 art style (in which Baby Peach appears) pretty well. And I'm aware of the fact that the edges are a bit messy, sorry 'bout that. I guess my hand's not very steady. The painty effect I eventually gave this piece made it better, though.
Believe it or not, I'm really happy with how this one turned out. Now tell me what YOU think ^_^
